In a time when many of us are stuck in our homes I’m glad to still be able to get out and run. I could definitely tell things were quieter than normal when I was finishing up my run. This morning was one of those where after the alarm went off I had to convince myself to get up and get ready to run instead of going back to bed. I have never been a morning person, so for me to look for an excuse to stay longer in bed, instead of getting up at 4am, is no surprise.
