Friday & Traveling…

Well Friday was a typical day. The construction on my new office is taking a little longer than originally hoped. It looks like I should be in by next Wednesday, the server equipment will have to wait until next Friday. I had to take an early lunch break so I could be home while they fixed my internet. It ended up being some problem with the signal coming from the poll. Basically I ended up eating my lunch while I continued working at my desk. I took off early to head to Brainerd for the evening, to say a final goodbye to my brother. He was shipped out at about 1am Saturday. I didn’t stay to actually see him off as I wanted to get home at a decent time. HP LaserJet 4M PlusMy Dad brought the computer equipment he got for me from his work, they were having a yard sale of sorts. He has explained that they’ve now got all-in-one copier/printers that they use now. I got two laser printers & a bunch of hard drives. When I got home that night I decided to get one of the printers hooked up. It was pretty slick as both printers have networking cards and are Mac compatible. The one I’m keeping even has a duplexing unit. It works pretty sweet. I picked up some laser paper for it today. The other printer I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it.

    Not going to post much today. We had a seminar on DISC profiles today at work. It was good to understand our own personalities and how we should interact with others of different personalities. I didn’t end up going to Fargo, I need to get some rest and didn’t want things to get too late getting home. Although it’s late now, I’m heading to bed soon.     What is The Reason of it All?

    It’s been forever since I actually posted something on my blog. I’m not even sure why I’ve kept it around for so long. I guess perhaps I thought I would return again to blogging someday. What with things like Facebook there almost isn’t a reason to have your own blog anymore. One probably good thing is the fact that not many people visit here any more so perhaps I can just make this post without it stirring up a lot of issues.     It’s Late…But a Couple of Updates.

    This is going to have to be short, I need to get ready for bed. Life’s been pretty great, but busy too. Vanessa and I have been busy planning wedding details and starting to get things ready at her place for me to move in. It’s tax season and I got my taxes all done and submitted last week. On the bad side my MN taxes are under review I guess, just got a not about it today. It doesn’t say that I’m being audited , but they sent me a questionnaire about my MI residency, perhaps they couldn’t believe that I’d think about moving to MI. 😛 jk Last week my PowerBook was sent off to Apple for a little repair.   • I’m Bad With Relationships…

    I just can’t seem to understand why I’m so bad with keeping good relationships. Is it so hard to just pickup the phone? I can only figure that I’ve been so used to have so much time on my own that when I’m not with Vanessa I just feel like doing my own thing. At the same time and can’t wait for the next time to spend with Vanessa. I can’t wait for our trip to MN to see so many that I haven’t seen for so long. At times I feel like I’m constantly torn between the relationships that I’ve seem to have left behind and trying to start new relationships here.
