When God Moves…
Well, I have a feeling if I just let things start to fly this post might get rather lengthy. Hmm, hold on to your hat. 🙂 So today was sort of a struggle for me. The part of my job that I like the least is having to sit at a computer and correct people’s addresses, or add them to a mailing list, yuck. I’m finding I’ve become bored with the whole thought of doing data entry. The things I always like about computers and technology in general are making them do cool new things. Another Easy 5 Mile Training Run, And The GR Marathon Is Not Too Far Off
A nice cool comfortable 5 mile run with my running partner. We did get caught in a little bit of rain towards the end of our run. I feel like we kept the pace on the easy side. We have matching funds right now so for every $1 that is given it’s actually $2. #WaterIsLife #WhyIRun Donate Now – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne

Despite it being a rainy morning it still felt good to be out for a run. After the 2017 #GRMarathon downpour, and consistent winter training, I’m pretty much good to run in anything. If you are going to run a race outside you have to train in everything if you want to be prepared. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRunDonate to Water for Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr

A Quick Wet Assessment Run
Double your impact, with our matching donor, and help bring clean water to even more in need. https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon It was a little wet this morning, but it was just a short fitness assessment run. When you are going all out for 12 minutes you start break down the time into segments just to keep from getting overwhelmed. The rain made it a little more challenging to see but I managed it well enough. The rain was refreshing and a great way to keep cooled down while running.
