Warm Weather Means Running Outside
Had a great morning run OUTSIDE today. Felt great to be outside again. I can tell that my body is allowed to more naturally be in control of the pace I’m running at any given point. Doing An Easy Run To Avoid Injury
With the ice that hit yesterday I make sure to take it way and be on theo lookout for slick spots. The cleats I have do a pretty good job of keeping me from slipping, but I still didn’t want to take any chances of getting an injury this close to the marathon. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun
