Two_left_hands_forming_a_heart_shape-2Just wanted to let all of those that might be cruising to see what I’m up to that I am engaged! That’s right, there is a woman out there (Vanessa 😉 ) that would have me. 😀 We had an amazing day together, during our dinner I popped the question. It’s way late now so I’m not going to stay up to give all of the details, I’ll give the skinny tomorrow sometime. I can’t wait for you all to meet my fiancee!

    Well, today I got one more project off the list, YES! I kind of waivered between my final project and the Faith Shaping project today. It was so hard to resist not working on the Faith Shaping stuff. You can check out the progress of the project at https://www.faithshaping.org/. I did repost my test recording on that site.   • Let The Games Begin…

    Well, I have to say it was nice to be getting back into the swing of playing Settlers of Catan. There was only four of us tonight, verses the regular 5, but it was a good close game all around. Right off the bat I noticed I made a rather major error in the placement of my pieces that kind of did me in for winning. Work today was pretty good. It never seems like I get everything I want to get done. I did mostly complete one project, at least the biggest part of it. Hopefully next week I’ll be able to wrap that up.     Friday & Traveling…

    Well Friday was a typical day. The construction on my new office is taking a little longer than originally hoped. It looks like I should be in by next Wednesday, the server equipment will have to wait until next Friday. I had to take an early lunch break so I could be home while they fixed my internet. It ended up being some problem with the signal coming from the poll. Basically I ended up eating my lunch while I continued working at my desk. I took off early to head to Brainerd for the evening, to say a final goodbye to my brother. He was shipped out at about 1am Saturday. I didn’t stay to actually see him off as I wanted to get…

  • Podcast Site Development Begun…

    Well, the domain name (https://www.faithshaping.org/) has been setup, and an initial site has been created. I won’t probably be getting back to the work on this for at least another week. I hope to have the two final projects I’m working on finished up by then. I’m also hoping to have my new Podcasting gear by then, actually it may be here by the end of the week, we’ll see. I can’t wait to really get going on this. I’m not exactly sure how I’m going to fair as a radio personality type.

    A Big Thank You…

    Thanks guys for the encouragement & support. The reality is that not really any of the advice items you’ve said is something I didn’t already know, or haven’t told myself like a hundred times. This is why I had to get it all out in the open. I just need a lot of prayer in this area of my life. Like I said at the end this is something I’m needed to take to God everday. You know this topic of not going and looking, as it relates to relationships, I’m starting to have a little issue with. I would agree that yes you shouldn’t go looking under rocks for someone but there are circumstances I believe that change this. I think if my own…
