So I know that my blogs posts have sort of bit the dust. I’ll have to do a better job of updating this thing. Time just seems to get away. I promise to put up a post tomorrow night. I should have something to post then. 🙂

    So yeah, it was a beautiful day for a picnic. It was a little windy but not bad. Maplewood is a very nice park, may have to mention it to Chad as a possible place for the next camping trip.     Your Attention Please…

    (Exodus 3:1-5) So God used a burning bush to get Moses attention. What does He use today to get our attention. I’m reminded of something a pastor said recently, “can we hear God’s whisper in this loud world?”, can we? The world that we live in is definitely busier and louder than in Biblical times. It took a burning bush even then to get Moses attention. Are we ready and willing to hear the whisper of God as He speaks to us?   • The Goodness of Things…

    So despite the disappointments that come my way. Life is good. At times I wish for things I think would make life better: more friends my age, my dream job, more money, a significant other. Today God has reminded me of all the blessings he has given me: my job, the friends I do have, exactly enough money to take care of myself, and a relationship with Him. I know I can seem like the most unhappy, unsatisfied person when you read my posts. Things aren’t usually as bad as I might make them sound. My biggest struggle is this whole area of relationships.
