Obviously, being able to travel to Sierra Leone Africa I saw what kind of life change can occur for people there. However, the other place that lives are changed are right here within the #HWI Team….

New training route this morning, something with a bit more hills. I was still a little soar from the half marathon on Saturday but there wasn’t any noticable increase in pain during my run which is encouraging.
