Quick Lunch Break Run

Due to having to work about 4 hours in the middle of the night I was in no condition to run this morning so I took my lunch break to get a short run in. It sort of felt like a Minnesota run, but I could tell it was much more wet/humid. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun

One of the reasons for this is put together so nicely in my devotions this morning, showing our kids how important they are by giving them time. Battling The Chunky Snow Covered Sidewalks

Had a short easy run this morning, except for the snowplow covered sidewalks. I’m thankful for those that actually got out and cleared their sidewalks. Listening to worship music while I ran was good to my mind focused on why I run. Today is #GivingTuesday and there are matching funds available when giving to #HWI so I hope many take advantage of the opportunity to double their giving. Also, I did register for the #GroundhogDayMarathon so I’d love to have the support of people to help me reach that final $2000 goal. I only have $300 left to go. Getting Back In The Saddle After Marathon Recovery

Every day most of us, in the U.S. especially, have a dozen choices we can make. I had the choice to either get up at 4:30 am and run or stay in bed and sleep. Not to minimize those that do have some tough decisions to make, but in the big picture most of us have pretty easy decisions, compared to those in Sierra Leone. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus
