Knocking Out 6 Miles, Because Why Not
It was definitely a wintery run this morning. I chose to just focus on the distance this morning, and not any sort of time. It was nice to keep things at an easy pace. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun
Major Catch-Up Coming…
Ok, so I’ve been pretty out of it blog-wise the past week. It’s not so much an issue of not wanting to blog. It’s just an issue of having the right time to do it. I’m thinking I’m going to work in a good chunk of time tomorrow to catch up on everything that’s been going on. I think my problem too is that I really like doing my post right before I go to bed. This is good and bad as my day is done but I usually spend a good chunk of time writing and don’t get to bed as soon as I really need to. I’m going to leave with at least one topic posted… So a match has been found on…
What have We Learned Today…
Well, today has been an interesting one. It started with the guys not showing up at Perkins this morning. Oh well, I understand it’s early for them. We’ll work something out on Wednesday. Got everything taken care of and hopefully things will be working a bit better for them. They treated me to a good home-cooked meal and some nice conversation. I got back home and checked email. I…

First Easy Run of 2023
It was a sluggish run after taking a week off. My #Garmin tells me that I was detraining. #HWI #Run4Water #GroundhogMarathon #Running

Embracing The Winter Run
It may be getting colder and beginning to snow but it’s perfectly fine with me. I’m not sure if it’s the Minnesotan in me that allows me to continue with my running through the winter months, but I’m glad that I can stay active and not just stuck inside all winter. I enjoyed getting a report on all the wells our #HWI team helped raise money for last year. It’s pretty amazing to hear how much of an impact we are making. I look forward to seeing what this year’s fundraising will do. If I get a chance I will share a link to the report. #Run4Water #WhyIRun Donate to Clean Water – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne

10 Mile Saturday Run For Hope Water
Ran 10 miles this morning for clean water. There are still people in Africa in need of clean water despite everything going on with #COVID19 and the hardships many are facing because of it. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon #RiverBankRun
