What Does A Speed And Endurance Test Run Get You?

No training with my running partner this morning as he is doing a 5k this evening. Not a huge problem since I was needing to do a short speed & endurance test run this morning. We’ll see how it affects the rest of the training plan. Unfortunately, these sorts of runs end up resulting in me focusing only on the run and not much else. Since I got up at the normal training run time I should have some extra non-running quiet time to morning.

    Back at it after my camping vacation. I commend those that are able to stick with the training while on vacation. My love right now isn’t really conducive to running while on vacation much.     Knocking Out Another Monday Training Run

    I really enjoy being able to just turn on the workout worship music and just run while having one-on-one time, just me and God. This morning the Rusch family was on my mind and is in my prayers. I spent 10 years working at a Christian camp and was blessed to work with some many amazing people serving and ministering to others.     Running In The Heat, And A Johnny On The Way

    Some may ask, after a few years of raising money for wells, “why more wells?”. What most don’t even think about is both the pros and the cons of a new well in a village. You may be surprised to even think that there could be a downside to a new well in a village.
