    Final Training Week Before The Groundhog Marathon

    It was kind of strange to not have ran since last Thursday, and I always fear any sort of break is going to set my training back.     Running In The Rain, Preparing For Anything Come Race Day

    Today was the last training run before the #RiverBankRun and it was a rainy one at that. I haven’t looked at the forecast for Saturday but when it comes to races you have to be ready for anything. 2 years ago the Grand Rapids Marathon started in a down pour. If you are going to be training for a race your going to he better off going out and training in all weather. If you’ve avoided running in the rain your whole training and it ends up rainy on race day you are going to have a toug time. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun
