A Little 14 Mile Run Before Starting The Day
With a 5K race on Saturday morning, and a breakfast meeting cancelled, I got my 14 Mile long run in this morning before work. I’m glad to have gotten it done and will have a bit more of a break before the 5K. Listening to Your Children
How often are we “too busy” to listen to our children? How often do we let our personal agendas, attitudes, or being tired let us get frustrated and angry with our children? I’m sure that we all have our moments. And I’m pretty sure we’ve all had to deal with frustrating people in our lives, other than our children. If we want to have a relationship with our children that has a solid foundation then we need to do more but listening and curb the frustration and anger.
