After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. I think my only slight advantage was have a previous week of out of the park fast runs. I could sure tell that I had missed a day of running though. Regardless of how tough it might have been it still felt good to be back out running. On Tuesday when I didn’t get out for my run the whole day seemed off. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my Saturday run in with being out of town in a trip to Chicago. We’ll see. #HWI…- Development / Geek / Links / Programming

This morning was one of those where after the alarm went off I had to convince myself to get up and get ready to run instead of going back to bed. I have never been a morning person, so for me to look for an excuse to stay longer in bed, instead of getting up at 4am, is no surprise.
