Friday & Traveling…

Well Friday was a typical day. The construction on my new office is taking a little longer than originally hoped. It looks like I should be in by next Wednesday, the server equipment will have to wait until next Friday. I had to take an early lunch break so I could be home while they fixed my internet. It ended up being some problem with the signal coming from the poll. Basically I ended up eating my lunch while I continued working at my desk. I took off early to head to Brainerd for the evening, to say a final goodbye to my brother. He was shipped out at about 1am Saturday. I didn’t stay to actually see him off as I wanted to get home at a decent time. HP LaserJet 4M PlusMy Dad brought the computer equipment he got for me from his work, they were having a yard sale of sorts. He has explained that they’ve now got all-in-one copier/printers that they use now. I got two laser printers & a bunch of hard drives. When I got home that night I decided to get one of the printers hooked up. It was pretty slick as both printers have networking cards and are Mac compatible. The one I’m keeping even has a duplexing unit. It works pretty sweet. I picked up some laser paper for it today. The other printer I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it.

    A Big Thank You…

    Thanks guys for the encouragement & support. The reality is that not really any of the advice items you’ve said is something I didn’t already know, or haven’t told myself like a hundred times.     Where’s The Line…Freedom in Christ or Good Witness

    (1 Corinthians 14:13-25) In my devotion time today, Paul was again talking to the church in Corinth about matters of witness to unbelievers and escentially the freedom found in Christ. The problem for the early church, and I would say that this problem has not gone away, was that for the unbelievers (or even weak or new in faith) there were things that they didn’t understand which easily turned them off to Christianity. The hard part comes in that God has called us, as Christians, to be different than this world.     Well, it’s been crazy lately. I’ve had so many things going on. So I haven’t gotten much for posts up in the last few days. I was up way too late trying to get me photo gallery going on Thursday, after my walk. The walk Thursday was very relaxing. I wish I didn’t have so much going on all the time. I really enjoy the time outdoors, I can’t wait until the camping trip this weekend. As a result of being up so late I had a hard time getting up Friday morning, this meant I didn’t get my devotions done before work. It’s been a real battle for me to change my sleep schedule.     Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done…
