    The Invisible Man Speaks!

    OK, folks. So it has been a rather long time since I last posted. Let’s just say that my life has been a little busy. Last week on Monday I started my new job. My official title is Associate Network Planning Engineer, isn’t that a mouth full. I work on a team that develops tools to help track the cellular network and help to plan for expansion. The crazy thing about last Monday was that even though I was starting no one there that day really knew that I was starting. The guys I work with got the emails that morning about me starting.     Another Year Older…

    Well, I’m now one year older at 27. I guess I’m kind of starting off this new year of my birth with some changes, LOL. I was able to get up at 5 this morning & be to work by 7. I ate breakfast, watched a little news, did some devotions. I was given a little celebration during break at work too! I was given a birthday balloon and a card from everyone in the office. It was nice to have my birthday be a little more than just another day. That was really the extent of it but it was the best birthday I’ve had in a long while. Some year it might be nice to actually have a party with friends. No biggy…

    Well, I was doing some chatting with a good friend online earlier today. It kind of came to mind that it would appear my life is consumed with eHarmony and my quest to find that special someone. Anyways, of course this is not all that encompasses my life.     Setting Goals And Going After Them

    Setting goals is fun and games. Going after them is another matter. Without perspiration to match your inspiration, your dream imagined will turn into a dream deferred. Chase The Lion Something that I’ve had a hard time with over the years is having clear goals to work towards. Even in my job it’s most often been a matter of just getting direction from others or meeting the immediate needs. This seems counter to my planner personality but it’s never been the short term, knowing what needs to get done, planning that has been my challenge. It’s never been a real priority for me to have goals and a plan for seeing those goals met. I think I’ve always had ideas that have come to mind…

  • Ugh…It’s 4:11 am…What’s That Smell

    So this morning was A LOT early than I was planning on getting up. Darn dog decided to take a dump in my room. I think I’m going to have to borrow the carpet shampooer from my parents this weekend. Had to clean that all up, I still think I’m smelling that dog poo stench, and I’m not even in the room (I’m downstairs, in the Living Room). Well just thought I’d share that…ugh…I feel sick. Pets, sometimes you love ’em, sometimes you don’t.
