    When Storms Test Your Faith

    I can honestly say that both my wife and I are going through some difficult storms in our lives right now. Many days come that cause me to have no option but to trust that God has it handled even though I feel like things are out of control and falling down all around me. I can say that I have still seen God come through, especially in the case of my Mom’s seizure, brain surgery, and recovery. I don’t know when the “other side” of all this will be seen but I know God is bigger than me.

    Well, I have to say it was nice to be getting back into the swing of playing Settlers of Catan. There was only four of us tonight, verses the regular 5, but it was a good close game all around. Right off the bat I noticed I made a rather major error in the placement of my pieces that kind of did me in for winning. Work today was pretty good. It never seems like I get everything I want to get done. I did mostly complete one project, at least the biggest part of it. Hopefully next week I’ll be able to wrap that up.     Dance, Dance, Dance…

    I know that I haven’t posted in awhile. And I know that my last post, that some may have seen, was a not ans exciting life update post. I haven’t forgotten about the blog world, life just sometimes gets away from you. My podcasting days come back to mind every now and then too. I really think that if I’m going to get back into the podcasting I need to come up with a solid plan for organizing each show. Vanessa and I have just completed the 4th week of our dance class.     What is The Reason of it All?

    It’s been forever since I actually posted something on my blog. I’m not even sure why I’ve kept it around for so long. I guess perhaps I thought I would return again to blogging someday. What with things like Facebook there almost isn’t a reason to have your own blog anymore. One probably good thing is the fact that not many people visit here any more so perhaps I can just make this post without it stirring up a lot of issues.   • Wow, Shortest Post Ever…

    Ok, so what a day. I wish I had the time to write all that I wanted, but off to bed I go, already late. Quick recap, woke up with a terrible cold (blah), great day at work, wonderful time at praise team practice (this is going to be a great group of youth to work with, we might even get good enough to lead on a Sunday), and well no new news from Apple. Busy day tomorrow with youth group, should be a good one! Chow All!
