It was an interesting morning given today ended up being both a winter weather advisory and a speed work training day. Not to mention getting a work call mid-run. Nothing like telling your co-worker to speak up because you are in the middle of a run. #HWI #rRn4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
Knocked out 18 miles this morning with my running partner. We decided to take on the Groundhog Day Marathon course near Millennium Park, 4 laps of the course. It was a good practice run. I’m glad we still have another month n of training to go as I could definitely feel the last couple of miles of just the 18. I thought the weather was pretty good for an early morning run. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus Donate to Wells in Africa – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne

Where I went wasn’t completely new but it was an area that I hadn’t been in any of my training routes for awhile. There are a fair amount of places to go for my runs so it’s nice to change things up once in a while.
It was another Saturday that required a schedule adjustment to run in the evening instead of the early morning. #HWI #Run4Water #GroundhogMarathon #Running #Garmin
Got my long run in before the #HWI gathered. My #Endomondo plan called for 13 and of course I put in the extra .1 miles to make it a half marathon. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon
