I met up with my running partner at the Riley Street Middle School this morning, and we tackled a new running route. Runner’s know you don’t want change up too much at once. It was a mostly rural run, had to run the roads for the majority of the route, but that was just fine, while have some good conversation with my running partner. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun

Since I had more time today, day off today, I took an extra 4 minutes to cool down. Lost the full stats but caught my average minutes per mile to be 10. Feeling a bit frustrated with that average given that my best average to date was 9:31min/mi, just a week ago. :-/ I feel…
