It was a kind of interesting morning, weather wise. There was some big thunder before 4am but when I got outside for my morning run there wasn’t much for rain, just some sprinkles and mist off-and-on. The wind came and went as well. The crazy thing once again is to see my pace improve of the course of my run. Instead of what one would normally see, where your pace might get slower over the course of a run, for me my pace got better the longer I ran. It was a good morning for a run all around.

This morning officially started my next marathon training. As a ran I couldn’t help but think about the #HWI team and all the new people that may have a lot to overcome this year as they prepare for their first half or full marathon. Also those that have already sustained an injury this year and…
I can’t remember how many times I’ve let myself get stressed out by job. It’s a bit of a reality check to read how meaningless it is in the grand scheme of things to get stressed about one’s work.
The #HWI Team is helping communities in Africa to leave behind their unreliable, and unhealthy, water supplies. Every well that Hope Water helps to put in brings a village a water supplies that will keep them healthy and bring new life and hope. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon Partner With Us: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
Bringing clean water to those in Africa that desperately need it is a far better purpose for running than simply staying healthy. Every day I get out and run is a reflection of my commitment to clean water. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon

I can’t say that I feel like the runs are progressively getting easier. In some ways it feels like every run is getting harder. #5K #training #perseverance
