Knocking Out Some Early Morning Miles With A Hope Water Teammate
I had the pleasure of finishing out the last 10 miles of my run with my #HWI teammate Justin. It’s so nice to have both the motivation, and distraction, of someone else on the longer runs. Tackling A Rainy And Intense Fitness Level Run
Despite it being a rainy morning it still felt good to be out for a run. After the 2017 #GRMarathon downpour, and consistent winter training, I’m pretty much good to run in anything. Returning to Vitamin D3
After having had a few colds this past winter, and their negative effects on my running, I’ve decided to start taking vitamin D3 again. Having a cold while running was making it hard to breath and caused me to have a higher heartrate which was not great. I need to keep working on a the health journey I’ve been on and based on a lot of information I’ve listened to in the past most people in the U.S. are vitamin D3 deficient so it’s a good thing to do. I should be clear that vitamin D3 alone is not a cure or surefire prevention for getting a cold. However, it is attributed to a better performing immune system.
