    Getting It Done On A Monday Morning

    It was one of those mornings where after getting up you entertain the idea of just going back to bed instead of get out there for a run. I got over it and hit the streets.     Embracing The Winter Run

    It may be getting colder and beginning to snow but it’s perfectly fine with me. I’m not sure if it’s the Minnesotan in me that allows me to continue with my running through the winter months, but I’m glad that I can stay active and not just stuck inside all winter. I enjoyed getting a report on all the wells our #HWI team helped raise money for last year. It’s pretty amazing to hear how much of an impact we are making.     Kicking Off A New Training Plan

    After still not quite getting much in for running the last two weeks I decided to just start a new training plan. For me, I need the motivation of a plan. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a matter of if I don’t have a plan I won’t run, it does make it harder, but it really comes down to just not wanting to have to figure what I’m going to run every morning. With a training plan there is no question of what am I going to run, I don’t have to think about it, I just get out there and do what the plan says.
