The Rat Race…
Well, it’s been crazy lately. I’ve had so many things going on. So I haven’t gotten much for posts up in the last few days. I was up way too late trying to get me photo gallery going on Thursday, after my walk. The walk Thursday was very relaxing. I wish I didn’t have so much going on all the time. I really enjoy the time outdoors, I can’t wait until the camping trip this weekend. As a result of being up so late I had a hard time getting up Friday morning, this meant I didn’t get my devotions done before work. It’s been a real battle for me to change my sleep schedule. Change Me…Change Me…Please Change Me
Did I change your mind, with what I said last night? Did I break your heart, by straying so far? From what you have in mind, for my life? Would you change me, from who I’ve been lately? ‘Cause I know I’m nothing without you. Did my words betray, the patience I once claimed? Can’t you see it in my face? I need your grace. Show me what I need. Change Me – Sanctus Reel

The key is keeping it all in balance and managing the priorities. It is tough sometimes, and I have to realize that I can’t do it all, but I also have to keep in mind that I can accomplish…

I Shall Return…
So, a quick note. I’m looking to return to my daily posts. I know my posts have been rather sporatic over the past few months. This weekend should give me the opportunity to do some catch up and get my days back on a better schedule. Thanks!
Working From Rest, Productivity At It’s Best
“Man’s blessing didn’t come from what he produced, rather, what he produced stemmed from his blessing. Let that blessing fuel your work, so that striving ceases and what you produce comes out of a place of rest.” – SELAH | Defining Rest In The Age Of Productivity The start of this study reminded me of the Life Shapes, specifically the Semi-Circle. There has been a lot of proof that in order to perform at our best we need adequate rest. What that rest looks like can be different for everyone. We are all charged back up in different ways depending on our personalities. Nonetheless, we all need to be charged up to tackle what’s before us. Even as a runner, I’ve seen first hand what…
