Hot Midday Memorial Day Run
I made the mistake of deciding to get my run in after getting home from a weekend away camping. This of course meant doing my run in the middle of the afternoon when the sun was full on and it was hot. Thankfully it was only 3 miles, and planned as an “easy” run. My time/pace was actually faster than I had planned, I really should have taken it slower, though I did take some walking breaks so there is that. #HWI #Run4Water #GRHalfMarathon #Running #Garmin
@timnolte Congrats! Glad it was a shorter run. Much hotter today than I think many people thought it would be.
