I Hear Wedding Bells…It’s Official!

Two_left_hands_forming_a_heart_shape-2Just wanted to let all of those that might be cruising to see what I’m up to that I am engaged! That’s right, there is a woman out there (Vanessa 😉 ) that would have me. 😀 We had an amazing day together, during our dinner I popped the question. It’s way late now so I’m not going to stay up to give all of the details, I’ll give the skinny tomorrow sometime. I can’t wait for you all to meet my fiancee!

    A Verse That Describes The Church In Kathirie Sierra Leone

But they are also filled with abundant joy, which has overflowed in rich generosity.” – 2 Corinthians 8:2 NLT This morning at Daybreak this verse was one that was part of Pastor Wes’ message. As it was being read I instantly began remembering my experience at the Sunday morning service in Kathirie. As I watched the church members give the morning offerings, giving not only to the general offering but also to a building fund and missions, I could only think about the amazing work God was doing in the village.

    Life’s Lows…

    No worries, things are good I just seem to be suffering from some social withdrawal. That being said God is working on my patience, thank goodness. I’m fighting my mind daily, but it’s been those times God has given me the ability to just give it to Him. Something that is interesting, I’ve been have some interesting dreams. These dreams have been about the same general thing. It seems like these have been dreams that God has brought to mind to reveal something to me that I didn’t realize was there. Basically I’ve had some recentment about something. I’ve asked for forgiveness for this. Something else that God has shown me is why I’ve not been content over the years staying in one place. I…

  • Another Day of Wireless…

    Well, today I was working a lot with tweaking the wireless setup on the laptops. I was able to get them to authenticate and login to the domain all wirelessly. Only problem is this was through the IBM ThinkPad wireless configuration tool. I need to figure out how to configure this via straight Windows XP. Then the next step is can a Mac do this? Phil is connected via wireless in his iMac. And it would be good if it could do the same thing. More Googling and research.
