What It Means To Be A Good Father
One of the challenges I have is not getting upset with my kids. In turn that means not making my kids upset with the way I handle my frustrations with their behavior. I need to remember this verse every time I’m faced with training and disciplining my kids. Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. First Training Run Since Sierra Leone
Got my first run in since coming back from #SierraLeone after trying to recover from jet lag and a cold. Felt great to be back out there, definitely with a whole new perspective of why I’m running.
