I have to believe that every runner has those days where you have to sell yourself on the idea of getting your run in. It was a little harder to get myself out of bed this morning but I overcame the desire to stay in bed. It turned out to be excellent temperature for a run. So as not to disappoint my fellow running mates, I got out there and got my Monday training run done complete with a frozen beard. Things were pretty good so long as I didn’t have to run into the wind. I picked my route so I could minimize running into the wind. I was pleasantly surprised by my overall average pace after finishing. I think Wednesday might be the most interesting final training run, we’ll see. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus
