Let’s Fight Against The Virus Not Each Other

I wouldn’t call myself a Matthew McConaughey fan, but what he talks about in this news report is exactly where I’ve been at. If we stop worrying what the government is or isn’t doing and start carrying for each other I think we’re going to be much better off in the long run. Turning on each other is going to only makes things worse not better.

    When I look back just 3 years ago it’s hard to believe that I would be awake at 5:45am cooling down from a 4 mile run. Even in my high school days I wasn’t a morning person, not saying that I am a morning person now. I honestly owe a lot to my wife and #HWI for their part in giving me purpose in my runs.
