    OK, let’s recap the day first. Got up at 5:30 this morning. Had some good time before work. I still really feel getting up at 5:00 would be better, I just can’t get to bed very early, grrr. Work was good today. I feel like I’m finally getting caught up with stuff. Yes! That’ll probably jinks it, LOL.     Dance, Dance, Dance…

    I know that I haven’t posted in awhile. And I know that my last post, that some may have seen, was a not ans exciting life update post. I haven’t forgotten about the blog world, life just sometimes gets away from you. My podcasting days come back to mind every now and then too. I really think that if I’m going to get back into the podcasting I need to come up with a solid plan for organizing each show. Vanessa and I have just completed the 4th week of our dance class.     The Invisible Man Speaks!

    OK, folks. So it has been a rather long time since I last posted. Let’s just say that my life has been a little busy. Last week on Monday I started my new job. My official title is Associate Network Planning Engineer, isn’t that a mouth full. I work on a team that develops tools to help track the cellular network and help to plan for expansion. The crazy thing about last Monday was that even though I was starting no one there that day really knew that I was starting. The guys I work with got the emails that morning about me starting.     Garbage In, Garbage Out…Life Is Work

    To get good things out of your life, you have to first put good things in. [W]e don’t have a magic hat that allows us to pull something out of nothing. The positive character traits we seek can only result from a daily commitment to prioritize actions and decisions that please the Lord. I don’t know if it’s our American culture, our sinful nature, or something else entirely, but it seems that more often than not we want everything to be easy with little work or effort required.     Everything In It’s Time

    For me as a Christian, it seems that one of the things I struggle with most is leaving things in God’s hands. I don’t know if part of my struggle is because I’m a man, and I feel the uncontrollable urge to fix things and have eveything planned out. When I don’t know God’s plan, and how can any of us know it really, I realize I fall into the sin of worry. I think it’s probably the worst when I truly desire to leave my life in God’s hands and trust in His plans for it.
