Today the goal was to do the whole run at my anticipated marathon race pace, which I’m targeting a 9:30 min/mile. My pace was a bit too fast, but it was a much shorter run, and given I did a 25K(15.5 mile) race this spring at an 8:30 min/mile pace it’s reasonable to be at a little over 9. I’m…

Warm Weather Means Running Outside
Had a great morning run OUTSIDE today. Felt great to be outside again. I can tell that my body is allowed to more naturally be in control of the pace I’m running at any given point.
