Prudence Not Arrogance
It isn’t by chance that these two verses are together, being prudent and cautious doesn’t mean being arrogant.
A Dry And Weary Land
Still need some partners to help me bring clean water to another 56 people, $375, before I run the #GRMarathon in October. Donate Today: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun When the dry season hits it can be very hard on people, especially when their only source of water is a small stream, pond, or small hole dug in the ground. What is even worse is the many hand dug wells that just dry up because they don’t go down far enough. When Hope Water helps to put a well in you can be sure it’s a well that won’t dry up during the dry season. When I visited a village in e Sierra Leone, a Peace Corps worker there shared with our team that the well…
Last Training Run Before The Big Day, Remembering The Cause
Today was the last training run before the #GRMarathon on Sunday. I wanted to highlight what our team is working to accomplish. Helping communities go from a shallow hole in the ground to a reliable well that can sustain the people it serves. There is still time to partner with #HWI and help us continue to build more wells in Africa. https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #Run4Water #WhyIRun
Knocking Out Another Tuesday Run For Clean Water
I count myself blessed that with everything going on in the world I am still able to get out and put some miles in early on a Tuesday morning. I pray for those fighting against the virus that is spreading throughout our world and for those that are still in need of clean water. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun Support new wells in Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
Monday 5K For Clean Water

Back In The High [Intensity] Life Again
After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. I think my only slight advantage was have a previous week of out of the park fast runs. I could sure tell that I had missed a day of running though. Regardless of how tough it might have been it still felt good to be back out running. On Tuesday when I didn’t get out for my run the whole day seemed off. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my Saturday run in with being out of town in a trip to Chicago. We’ll see. #HWI…
